Hi, my name is Madalyn McLaughlin, I’m someone who is constantly looking for ways to think differently, challenge the expected, and turn ideas into experiences people remember. Whether I’m developing a campaign, styling a look, imagining a retail space, or bringing an event to life, I’m drawn to the details that transform an idea into something meaningful.

My interests span buying and product development, creative direction, visual merchandising, styling, and experiential events. While those paths may look different, they all come back to what excites me most: understanding what people want, telling a compelling story, and creating an experience around it.

I bring curiosity and creativity to my work, but just as importantly, I bring determination. I’m not afraid of the work behind a big idea. I want to keep learning, travel, experience the industry from new perspectives, and build a career where creativity and hard work go hand in hand.
